To compliment the range of body armour the company also manufactures a range of hard armour upgrade plates, ballistic shields, blankets, bags and clipboards and building blast protection

Armourshield moved to new larger premises in 2004. This enabled us to increase the range of hard armour upgrade plates available, by the setting up of an in-house production facility. Over 60,000 units were manufactured in the first year of production which also included the period for research and development, equipment procurement, and process refinement.

Armourshield has held ISO certification for many years and our in-house ballistic range allows us to test to major standards including NIJ and HOSDB01.
